Instructions for Government Agencies that are already using MGA. To apply for MGA access as a first-time applicant, go to the Apply for Access tab

Add User
Agency Account Manager:

  1. Send the new User(s) two documents: Users’ Instructions and Quick Reference Guide:  Registering for an Account.
  2. Complete a CAT (Configuration Assessment Tool) after each User has registered online.
    Note: CAT must be submitted as an Excel spreadsheet (not as a scanned document). If you are adding and removing Users at the same time, provide two, separate CATs.
  3. Gather signed User Acknowledgement Form(s) or signed Civil Legal Services User Acknowledgement Form(s), if applicable, after all new User(s) have registered online. Compile all signed acknowledgement forms in one PDF document.
  4. Complete and sign the MGA Change Request Form. Multiple Change Request Forms may be submitted.
  5. Submit all documents to GSAreceiving@mjbcourtnet.courts.state.mn.us
Remove User
Agency Account Manager:

Change Agency Account Manager
Send the new Agency Account Manager’s contact information to MGAAccessSupport@courts.state.mn.us.
